This Japanese-rooted practice in the lineage of Sensei Usui is known to relieve stress and pain, improve mood and outlook, remove energetic blockages, and allow the light of your spirit to expand and move more freely in your body. This is a deeply relaxing experience that can provide profound emotional, spiritual, and physical healing. Each experience is unique to the individual and different each time you receive reiki.
